Lady Bandits does not issue refunds for monies paid by players or on players’ behalf. This includes registration fees, tournament fees, gate fees, fund raiser proceeds, travel expenses, equipment costs, facility fees, liability insurance premiums, donations, sponsorship or any other monies paid to Lady Bandits Fastpitch Ltd. in a player capacity.
In the event that a player is removed from the team due to violations of rules, regulations or codes of conduct, that player is not entitled to a refund of any kind.
Players who quit the team, walk off, withdraw, resign or otherwise refuse to participate in team activities will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
Registration fees are neither a purchase of play time, or a guarantee of position/play time. Coaches will decide what players play, when and where, and make no promise to the player or their parent(s)/guardian(s) regarding their position in the field or on the bench. No refunds in full, or in part will be issued for players who are dissatisfied with play time
Season activities will be scheduled based on many factors, and can in some cases be cut short, changed, altered, canceled or modified without notice and without player/guardian approval. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
No season would be complete without a rainout or two. In the event of a rainout, Lady Bandits will take reasonable measures to reschedule the missed game/tournament before the season ends. If the game/tournament cannot be made up, Lady Bandits will not issue refunds for tournament fees paid in expectation of the contest.
